1 Cup water/other zero calorie fruit juice
1/2 Cup ice
1/2 Cup yogurt (Chobani)

Add all ingredients in a normal or personal size blender
Blend together, checking frequently not to thin the smoothy too much
Add Vanilla extract to taste (Optional)
