|
Cut Acorn squash into halves, lengthwise, remove seeds. Place cut side up in a shallow roasting pan.

Into each half, spoon in 2 tablespoons butter or margarine and 1 tablespoon brown sugar or maple syrup.
|
|
|
Bake squash at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender.

Miinced onion can be used in place of the brown sugar or maple syrup.
