     Mary's Reuben Dip

Ingredients
10 oz chipped beef, chopped
2 T horseradish
8 oz shredded swiss cheese
2 T thousand island dressing
16 oz sauerkraut, well drained
1 c mayo
8 oz shredded cheddar
 

Instructions
Chop and mix beef, cheese and kraut. Mix mayo, horseradish and dressing. Add both together and put into Grandma Bonnie's Pie Plate (or 9x13 if doubling recipe) and bake at 325 degrees 20 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with rye bread. REALLY DRAIN THE SAUERKRAUT WELL!!
