Ingredients
4 eggs
4 cups milk (1 qt whole milk)
2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
dash of salt
dash of nutmeg
 

Instructions
Place eggs in baking dish-beat slightly. add milk & sugar and stir until sugar dissolves. Add small pinch of salt stir then add a shake or two of nutmeg. Add vanilla stir well DO NOT BEAT. Place baking dish in pie pan of warm water & bake 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. it is down when knife stuck in center comes out clean.
