     Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients
3 1/2 cups sweetened fruit of your choice
1 cup sugar
1 cup self-rising flour or regular flour w/2 tsp baking powder
1 stick butter
3/4 cup milk
dash of salt
 

Instructions
Melt butter in casserole dish. In separate bowl mix sugar, flour, salt and milk to make a thin batter. Pour batter over butter. Pour fruit over batter and butter. Gently and slightly fold batter into fruit just until butter is absorbed. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 min. 13x9 casserole dish.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with ice cream while hot.
