Crem the sugar with the oil, add eggs and beat well. Add cocoa,
coloring and vinegar mix. After beating well add flour mixture and
buttermilk alternately. Next add vanilla. Bake the batter at 350
degrees for 35 minutes or until done. Grease and flour 3 cake pans.
