Cream Sugar and butter together. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Gently mix in chocolate chips. Drop onto lightly greased cookie sheet by the teaspoon. Bake 8 minutes or until the edge of the coolies turns lightly brown.
