Grease 13x9x2 in pan. Heat syrup, butter and chips
to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat,
stir in vanilla. Stir in marshmallows then cereal.
Press in pan. Let cool 1 hour before cutting. Store
in refrigerator.
