Instructions
Using smallest size melon ball scoop or 1/2 tsp. measuring spoon, carefully core out center of each tomato. Let tomatoes drain onto paper towels, cut sides down, for 5 min.
While tomatoes drain excess liquid, combine Wildtree Curried Garlic seasoning and Lemon Grapeseed Oil with hummus. Mix well to evenly distribute.
Fill each cored tomato with 1T hummus so that it overflows rim of each tomato. Set tomatoes on a tray covered with a cloth napkin to prevent slipping or use a deviled egg serving dish.
Garnish with chopped fresh herbs, toasted pine nuts, or whatever other creative ideas you can come up with if desired!
