     Slow Cooker Breakfast

Ingredients
1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash browns
1 pound cooked cubed ham
1 onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
12 eggs
1 cup skim milk
 

Instructions
Layer one - third of each; potatoes, ham, onion, green bell pepper, cheese ins prayed slow cooker. Repeat to make several layers. Beat eggs, milk and 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper; pour over layers in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours overnight.
