Line bottom of 13X9 dish with 1 bag of cookies and 1 layer of bananas on top. In a bowl combine milk and pudding mix, blend well. In another bowl combine cream cheese and milk and mix until smooth. Fold whipped topping into cream cheese mixture. Add cream cheese mixture to pudding mixture, stirring well. Pour mixture over cookies and bananas then cover with remaining cookies. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
