Place in fridge overnight. Open can without shaking or turning upside down carefully spoon out top layer of opaque white stuff the has gathered at the top of the can. Spoon into a mixing bowl. You will be left with about 1/2 Cup of white syrupy looking translucent liquid leave in can. Add 2-3 Tbs powdered sugar.(optional- add cinnamon, vanilla been or any small flavor you like) Use a hand beater and whip till creamy. Start on low and move to a higher speed, move bater in an up and down motion to infuse mix with as much ir as possible.
