10 outer Cabbage Leaves, washed with thick vein removed
1 med smoked Trout
toothpicks
Avocado Cream-
4 Avocados
1 large Lemon
pinch or 2 of Rock Salt
Instructions
Combine ingredients for avocado cream in a food processor/blender and whiz until smooth, about 1 min. Spread 1 Tbs Avocado and trout on top of cabbage leaf. Then gently roll from bottom up. Thread a toothpick through top to secure the wrap shut.
