Preheat oven to 350. Bake potatoes until tender, then peel and mash them. Stir in brown sugar, orange juice, orange zest and nutmeg. In a separate bowl toss coconut with sugar and cinnamon. Press mashed potatoes around each marshmallow creating a 2-3 inch diameter ball. Roll balls in coconut. Bake 15-20 minutes. Watch carefully during last few minutes of cooking to make sure the potato balls do not burst open.
