Preheat oven to 350. In a large pot, boil water then add macaroni and cook until al dente. Drain. Add cheese ends to the macaroni.
In separate bowl, whisk together sour cream, butter, eggs, salt, pepper and milk; then add to macaroni mixture. Spray baking dish with non-stick spray, then add macaroni mixture.
Bake 30-45 minutes. Top with additional cheese if desired.
