     HERB PARMESAN CREAM SAUCE

Ingredients
4 cups or 32 oz of heavy cream
4 tbsp of fresh basil, chopped or 4 tsp (dry)
1 cup of parmesan cheese, grated
salt and pepper, to taste
 

Instructions
Heat cream in a saucepan and lightly boil until it is half of its original volume, being careful not to let it burn. Stir in parmesan cheese, basil, salt and pepper. Use immediately.
