Cut celery stakls into 4 inch sticks. Fill a pastry bag fitted with a pastry tip with peanut butter. Fill center of each piece of celery with peanut butter. Top each with a sprinkling of raisins and peanuts. Place on a tray lined with parchment or wax paper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. These may be prepared several hours before serving.
