     Creamy Egg Custard

Ingredients
3 eggs
3 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
pinch of salt
 

Instructions
Place eggs in baking dish. Beat slightly then add milk and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add salt and nutmeg. Add vanilla and stir well, do not beat. Place baking dish in a pie pan with warm water. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
