     Baked Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients
3-4 chicken breasts cut into chunks
1 cup cornstarch
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup canola oil
Sweet sour sauce-
3/4 cup sugar
4 tbsp ketchup
1/2 cup white vinegar
 
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic salt
Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dip chicken into cornstarch then into eggs. Fry in oil until browned, but not cooked.
Place chicken in greased pan. Top with sweet and sour sauce. Bake at 325 for one hour turning every 15 minutes.
