In a mixing bowl, melt butter and stir till smooth with rubber doober, make sure it has no chunks. Gradually add confectioners' sugar; beat until smooth. If too thick to spread, beat in 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk.
(I ended up putting more than that in, it was more like 4 tablespoons... And I ended up microwaving for like ten seconds when it kinda got a little hard...)
