Brown beef, pepper and onion in skillet until meat done and vegetables tender. Drain. Cook and drain macaroni. Combine all ingredients in Flameware Dutch Oven. Bake at 350 degrees 30-40 minutes.
Note- this recipe was made for dinners on nights I babysat a family with 5 kids. It was always completely gone!
