     Sweet and Sour Venison Steak

Ingredients
2 Pounds Deer Steak
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Flour
2 Tablespoons Oil
1 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Vinegar
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
 

Instructions
Score and pound steak. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and coat with flour. Heat oil and brown meat.
Place browned steaks in baking pan. Combine sugar, vinegar and soy sauce in small saucepan and bring to boil.
Pour sauce over meat and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
