     Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. chicken breast, boneless, skinless
1 pkg. swiss cheese slices
3/4 cup dry white wine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 box herb stuffing mix
6 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
 

Instructions
Cut chicken breasts (uncooked) into bite sized slices or cubes. Spray bottom and sides of 9 x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Layer chicken on bottom of pan. Cover chicken with swiss cheese slices. Mix wine with chicken soup (undiluted). Pour over cheese. Cover with stuffing mix. Pour melted butter on top.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Then uncover and bake an additonal 10 minutes.
