     Mustard Salmon

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None
Preptime   40 mins

Ingredients
1/2 lb of Salmon (use frozen fillets they are cheaper about 4 pieces)
1 tbsp of Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp of Worcester Sauce
1 tbsp of real lemon juice (1 lemon will squeeze about 2 tbsp)
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of mustard
1/8 tsp of black pepper
1/2 of salted melted butter (1 stick)

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 450'. Defrost salmon fillets and lay them one layer thick in glass pan. Melt the butter and mix all the remaining ingredients in a bowl, make sure the butter is thoroughly melted and all the ingredients are well mixed. Pour over salmon. Bake for 20 minutes and then take some of the sauce from the pan and pour over the top of the salmon to help keep it from drying out. Bake for another 10-20 minutes. Salmon breaks apart easily with a fork when done.
Double the sauce for a 1 lb of salmon or if you want extra for dipping.
