     Chef Tess Beefy Taco Rice

Ingredients
1/2 c FD hamburger or beef TVP
1 1/2 c minute rice
1/2 c FD pepper mix
1/2 c DH onion
1 T fajita or taco seasoning
1 tsp DH minced garlic
1 T DH minced ancho chilies
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
 
1/4 c tomato powder
1 bay leaf
2 tsp beef bouillon
Instructions
To Prepare- add to 5 1/2 c boiling water. Cover and simmer 25-30 min until tender. Top with cheese and sour cream if desired. (HMMM - this recipe calls for minut rice but I think the directions are for long grain rice)
