Oven to 325 degrees. In Large Tip and Mix bowl mix cereal and nuts. In small pan heat Karo, brown sugar and margarine until it just starts to boil. Pour over cereal and nut mixture. Mix well. Pour onto cookie sheet. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Stir as it cools to separate. When cool, spoon into Bread or Round Serving Baskets and serve!
