White Turkey Chili Soup made with Salsa

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey or 3 large chicken breasts cut into small pieces and cooked in olive oil
1 jar Sweet and Spicy Salsa
1 jar Randall white beans or great northern beans

Instructions
Brown Ground Turkey in Flameware Dutch Oven. No need to use any oil to brown. Turkey does not stick. Then pour in Beans with juice (do not rinse). Fill Bean Jar with water up to the line of bottom of label. Shake jar to get all juices out of it. Pour into Dutch Oven then pour in Salsa and Heat, no other spices needed. Best to let it cook for an hour and a half to 2 hours.
Tip from Fran- I bake my soups in the oven! They won’t boil and burn when you walk away from them. Heat oven to 350 and bake for 1 hour. Turn down to 170 and back for another hour or until you want to serve. I keep in all day!
