Combine with 5 c hot water. Bring to a boil. Reduce to low and
simmer covered for 25-30 min, stirring every 5 min. Remove from
heat and allow to sit 5-10 min longer. Can be cooked in a solar
oven in a gallon-size container with a tight fitting lid. Bake 1 hr at
350.
