spread softened cream cheese in Grandma Bonnie's Pie Plate. next pour chili on top of cream cheese, and then cover with shredded cheddar. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until bubbly. Place chips in the bottom of the Cake Basket. Transport the dip on top of the riser. Use a dinner plate on top of the dip to keep warm while guests are enjoying. Use a Longaberger napkin tied in a bow on top of the handles to add a touch of color.
