Ingredients
2 tbl sprouted buckwheat groats
2 tbl quinoa flakes
1 tsp sprouted pumpkin seeds
1 tsp amaranth
1 tsp psyllium
1 tsp coconut
1 tsp sprouted sunflower seeds
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 brazil nut
 
1/2 tsp chia seeds

Instructions
Blend in Vitamix.
Heat 2/3 cup almond milk and add blended mixture.
Makes 1/2 a cup.
