     Mom's Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
2 eggs - slightly beaten
1 1/2 cup pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon cloves
13 oz evaporated milk
1 9 inch pie shell
 

Instructions
Do you remember how many pies mom would make for Thanksgiving? We had the oven upstairs and downstairs going non-stop! And don't forget using the front hall as a walk-in cooler!
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Mix ingredients in order given. Pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated oven - 425 degrees for 15 minutes
Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when inserted in the middle. Chill before serving.
