|
Set aside 4 whole strawberries for garnish. Puree remaining strawberries in blender or use electric hand mixer.

|
Blend in water, honey and juices.
|
|
|
Pour into an 8 inch metal square pan and put in freezer.
|
|
|
Partially freeze, remove and stir, then return to freezer about 2 hours longer or until firm.

Suggestions |
|
Serve in goblets or glass bowls, garnished with reserved strawberries.
