     Pumpkin Casserole

Ingredients
2 c. Pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
 
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 pinches ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingrediants and stir until smooth.
Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish and bake for 1 hour.
