Ingredients
20-25 lbs turkey
2 cups peanut oil
2 cups white cooking wine
1 cup lemon juice
2 cup soy sauce (add extra)
 
Instructions
Follow cooking directions for turkey. Cook in the bag. Pull meat from turkey with fork to shred. Marinate over night. Serve in crockpot.
