Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In mixing bowl, combine sugar, oil and milk. Beat in eggs and biscuit mix and mix well. (Mixture will be a little lumpy.) Pour into sprayed or paper - lined muffin cups and full two - thirds full. Bake for about 10 minutes or until light brown.
