     Lasagna

Ingredients
1 Box of Lasagna Noodles
2 lbs of Hamburger
3 (8oz) Shredded Mozzerella Cheese
3(8oz) Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 Jars of Spaghetti Sauce (Regu)
2 can of sliced mushrooms
2 cans of sliced black olives
1 large onion chopped
1 tsp of minced garlic
 
1 medium green pepper chopped

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Grease a 9 by 13 cake pan or deep dish lasagna pan. Set aside
Boil Lasagna noodles until done. Strain them and run cold water over them until they are cold. In a seperate fry pan. Fry your hamburger, onion and garlic until done. Drain the grease. In a large mixing bowl add your hamburger mixture, and remainder of your ingrediants except for the cheese. Mix well.
In your cake pan lay down your lasagna noodles on at a time long wise to cover bottom of pan. Spread some of your Spaghetti mixture across your noodles evenly. Take on bag of mozz cheese and Cheddar cheese and sprinkle ontop of Sauce mixture. Add a Layer of noodles again and sauce mixture and keep repeating the steps until you are done with your third layer. When you get to your third layer just do Noodles and Cheese.
Place in Oven for about 45 minutes or until the cheese in golden brown.
