1 cup self-rising corn meal
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cream-style corn

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix all ingredients and pour into an 8x8 pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until brown.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with ham and bean soup.
