     Cinnamon Bread

Ingredients
1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C. crisco
2 t. salt
2 C. milk, scalded
1 Pkg. yeast and 1/4 C. warm water
2 Eggs, beaten
7 1/2 - 8 C. flour
 

Instructions
Add in bowl, sugar, crisco, salt, hot milk. Cool - then add eggs, yeast mixture, and 3 cups of the flour. Add rest of flour and make soft dough. Knead 8-10 minutes. Cover and rise 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Punch down. Rise 1 hour. Cut in half - cover and rest 10 minutes. Roll each half in slightly oiled board about 15 by 8 rectangle.
Mix 3/4 C. sugar and 1 1/2 t. cinnamon. Sprinkle a little water over dough. Add sugar mix. Roll each dough up - place sealed edge down.
Bake 375 for 35-40 minutes.
