     Double Layer Pumpkin Pie

4 oz. cream cheese
1 Cup - 1 Tbsp. Milk, divided
1 Tbsp sugar
1tub (8 oz) cool whip, divided
1 graham pie crust
1 can pumpkin
2 pkg (4 serv. size) vanilla instant pudding
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground gloves

Mix cream cheese, 1 Tbsp. milk and sugar. Gently stir in 1/2 cool whip. Spread in crust. Pour 1 cup milk in bowl & add pumpkin, pudding and spices. Beat with wire wisk 2 min. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerte 4 hours, garnish with rest of cool whip.
