     White Chocolate Fudge

2 pkg(6 squares each) Baker's white chocolate
3/4 C. sweetened condensed milk
1 C. chopped, toasted almonds
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 Tbsp grated orange peel

Line 8 inch square pan with foil. Microwave chocolate and milk in bowl on Medium 2-3 min. until melted. Add almonds, cranberries, and orange peel. Stir. Spread mix into pan. Refrigerate 2 hours. Lift fudge from pan. Cut into 48 pieces. Store in frig up to 3 weeks. Do not freeze.
