     Summer Sausage

Ingredients
2 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp Morton Tender Quick Salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp liquid smoke
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp peppercorns(opt.)
 

Instructions
Mix all and chill overnight. Roll into logs and put in baking dish. Bake 300 degrees for 1 hour or more. Cool, wrap in foil and refigerate. Slice and eat with cheese and crackers.
