Melt chocolate and cream. Stir in vanilla. Refrigerate 1 plus hours. Reserve 30 cashew halves. Chop the rest. Shape chocolate into balls. Insert one cashew half into each ball and reshape. Roll lightly into chopped cashews. Place on wax paper and refrigerate i hour. Store in covered container in frig.
