1 add all dry ingredients in coffee mug and mix well.
2 add in egg and mix well then add milk and oil and mix again.
3 add in chips (if you are using them then) add vanilla and mix.
4 place in micro for 3 minutes. The cake WILL RISE ABOVE cup so don't be alarmed. allow to cool. mug handle may be hot to the touch. You can enjoy this in the mug or scoop out onto plate.
