Wash peppers and remove tops and seeds
mix all filling ingredients
Stuff peppers nearly full.
Stand in pot.
pour sauce to about 1 1/2 inches from top of peppers.
Cover and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium.
Continue cooking until done (45-60 minutes)
