Saute mushrooms in butter and add pepper. Let cool.
Mix together salad, tomatoes, cucumbers and cooled sauted mushrooms. Add olive oil, lemon juice, dill weed and salt. Mix it up good.
Wrap pita in a paper towel and microwave for 10-20 seconds, until soft. Place thinly sliced dried beef, amount as desired, inside pita and add Mozzarella cheese on top of beef.
Butter both sides of the pita. Place in skillet and brown both sides, making sure Mozzarella is melted. Remove from skillet and Scoop salad mixture inside of pita.
