     Bridge Club Pie (Philly Cream Cheese Pie)

8 oz Philly cream cheese
1 C. sugar (cream with cream cheese)
1 small pkg lemon jello
1 C. warm water, mix with jello
1 pint whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla (add to whipping cream)
20 graham crackers crushed
1 stick butter or margarine melted

Crush 20 graham crackers in food processor so they are fine, add 1 stick of melted butter and combine. This will make 2, 9 inch pies (reserve some crumbs to decorate pies). Bake crusts at 350 for about 10 minutes. Cool thoroughly before adding cream cheese mixture
Cream 8 oz cream cheese with 1 cup sugar, set bowl aside. In another bowl disolve 1 small pkg of lemon jello with 1 cup warm water. Whip cream with 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Fold all ingredients together and pour into cooled crusts. Sprinkle some of the reserved graham cracker crumbs to decorate tops of pies. Regrigerate until set up, about 2 hours.
