Beat till creamy - margarine and sugar. Add and beat
the eggs. Sift and combine dry ingredients and add alternately
with juice and molasses. Fold in thoroughly remainder of
ingrdients. Spoon into greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 275 degrees until tester comes out clean. (about 1 1/2
hours).

Remove to a cool area.
Keep covered with wax paper for several weeks.
Baste with Brandy every other day.

Mom sent this recipe in one of the few emails she ever sent. She
ended it with this note.
