Ingredients
31/4 to 31/2 cups flour
3 tablespoons sugar
11/2 tsp salt
1 pck yeast
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
2 eggs
filling 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup sugar
 
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp. mapeline flavoring

Instructions
Mix first 3 ingredients. Heat milk and butter till warm and stir in yeast. Add liquid and eggs to dry ingredients, knead until stretchy. Place dough in greased pan, turn once to get grease all over dough. Let rise until double. Cut dough in half. roll out 1/2 to8 by 13. Spread half the filling,roll up. seal. cut in half and braid together Place in 9 inch round cake pan. Repeat with rest of dough . Let rise till double, Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
