     Lamb and Blackbean chili

2 lbs. ground lamb
1 large onion, coarsely chopped
4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 cans stewed tomatoes
2 cans tomato sauce
1 large can tomato paste
1 lb. black bean, soaked overnight
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced thick
4 tablespoon chili powder
2 tablespoon cumin
1/2 tablespoon pepper
1 tsp salt

Brown the lamb with onion, drain, put into stockpot or crockpot. Add garlic, tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomate paste Beans, mushrooms chili powder cumin pepper and salt. Simmer at least four hours.
