|
Soak Bulgar in cool water for 30 minutes.
|

|
wash and finely chop parsley, onions and tomatos (in chunks).
|
|
|
Squeeze all water out of bulgar and mix with chopped parsley,
onions and tomatoes. (May add some finely chopped mint if
desired)
|
|
|
Pour dressing over mixture.
Allow to soak for at least one hour in refrigerator.
