Ingredients
2 c bulghar
2 bunches of parsley
1 bunch of green onions )or 1-2 regular onions chopped
5-6 small tomatoes
DRESSING-
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp salt
 
1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions
Soak Bulgar in cool water for 30 minutes.
wash and finely chop parsley, onions and tomatos (in chunks).
Squeeze all water out of bulgar and mix with chopped parsley, onions and tomatoes. (May add some finely chopped mint if desired)
Pour dressing over mixture. Allow to soak for at least one hour in refrigerator.
